Our support team are eager to help you successfully implement Hugo Systems into your practice. We offer two support options, great support or super great premium support.
System DocumentationYou are billed in advance for support and we need 30 days' notice for downgrading your Premium support. Our team are there to empower you, so we hope that your team will eventually be able to self administer the system without our support. Obviously, if you like our Premium support so much we are always there to help.
We can help with loading your data onto Hugo Systems. We require structured data to be able to assist with this. This means that if you provide us with a spreadsheet of your data we can usually load it onto the system. You can also upload your own data if you are comfortable with migrating data yourself.
Hugo Systems is monitored by sophisticated software which reports any system errors to our team, allowing us to monitor and fix issues in real-time.
Hugo Systems is continuously being developed. There is no need to wait for a software upgrade for a problem to be fixed, we are able to make changes and apply fixes to the system in real-time. This gives you peace of mind that if an issue is reported it doesn't require you to wait for a new software update before the problem is fixed.
Hugo Systems works best with a stable internet connection. It is advisable to make sure you have a good primary connection and a backup plan, like an LTE router, in case your main connection goes down. We'd hate for you to be disconnected from us, so we advise planning for all scenarios. If you need help planning your network, we can help.
