Clients of Hugo Systems agree to a fair use policy whereby it is understood that Hugo Systems resources can not be wasted or used inefficiently OR used outside of reasonable best efforts or the law of South Africa to achieve an objective. Wasted and inefficient use of resources will be invoiced over and above the monthly system fee.
The Hugo Systems team is dynamic and eager to assist wherever possible. That said, we are only human, and we do make mistakes. We will do our best to limit errors and rectify errors when we find them to the best of our ability. All team members of the Hugo Systems team are to be respected and treated professionally and with dignity. Hugo Systems clients agree to conduct themselves courteously and respectfully. The Hugo Systems team will show the same degree of respect and courtesy towards our clients.
The client must communicate instructions in writing to the Hugo Systems team (via WhatsApp or Email). Hugo Systems will consider any instructions not communicated clearly in writing outside our scope.
