We charge a base fee for the whole system, no matter how many patients or users you have. There is no need to pay more as your team scales.

- Premium support is automatically added to your subscription to help you get up and running. If you would like to cancel premium support you must please give us 30 days notice of cancellation.

Are there any upfront costs?
Absolutely not! We won’t ask for your payment details unless you decide to subscribe after the trial.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you won’t be billed again. We hope you will stick around because you love using Hugo Systems, not because we locked you into a contract.
I need support?
You have unlimited access to our comprehensive training videos throughout the system as well as step-by-step documentation on how to manage your system. Plus, you have unlimited email support where we will direct you to our step-by-step guide on how to manage your system if you are unable to resolve an issue on your own.
System DocumentationI'd like more support?
You can subscribe to premium support, which will give you access to our support team via telephone and WhatsApp. Our team will be able to assist you on the phone or via TeamViewer, giving your team peace of mind that they can always get the support they need.

All of our service providers bill us in US Dollars. It cuts out a lot of complexity if we stick to the same currency.
What fees will I be charged?
- Your monthly subscription fee.
- Any additional storage you have purchased.
- The WhatsApps that have been sent from the system.
- Any connected app are billed separately by the supplier.
