With Hugo Systems you can take bookings 24/7, reducing the time your team spends taking bookings over the phone. You can set which appointment types are visible to patients as well as how far in advance they can make their own bookings.

Multiple business locations and doctors

If you have multiple locations or doctors you can easily set up each location and change the appointment rules per site.

Custom services

Create and configure your own colour-coded services. You can set the length of these services per column, allowing you to adjust the length of the appointment based on the team member’s speed. This creates an ideal opportunity to optimise your schedule based on you team’s capabilities.

Blocked timeslots

You can block recurring time slots, like lunch, or you can quickly reserve a time slot if you have a meeting by clicking on the reserve timeslot button. You can then rename this time slot to make sure you always know what is booked.

Appointment confirmations

You can set up repeat reminder emails to reduce no shows. You can also send patients their self-check-in PIN on the morning of their appointment streamlining your patient flows (using Twilio connected app).

Reminder emails include all of the details of a patient's booking – including a link to add the appointment to their calendar.

You can also include a video link if you wish to have your patients watch an informational video before the time and you can track if a patient has watched the video from your appointment day sheet.
