Hugo Systems has two options for billing. You can choose to either charge at the chair side and have the charges appear on a dashboard, or you can use our direct integration into Xero accounting software.

Hugo Systems integrates into Xero, linking your billing directly to your income statement. You can now track your business's finances in real time.

You can track who billed for what procedure, ensuring you are always able to check that charges are correctly added to your patients' accounts.
Audit
You'll have total transparency from your income statement all the way through to the appointment meaning that your accounts team are equipped to answer any questions.
Payment contracts
Payment contracts are automatically loaded onto Xero, allowing you to forecast your recurring income. Plus, at a glance, you can tell a patient all they need to know about their account.
Simplified accounting
Your accountant and bookkeeper will be able to collaborate on your business at any point via Xero's easy to use interface. There is no need to wait until month end to find out how your business is tracking. Now, you can monitor your business in real-time. You can see how much you billed every day.
